Bill Pay Discount Program
Bill Pay Discount Token Program is a Discount program that is designed to provide members with an overall discount of up to 35% on members bills that is not a Mortgage or loan throughout the membership term, it is created for members experiencing short-term financial challenges with their monthly Bills.
The discount lower members total monthly Bills/Payments up to 35% of members usual payments for a period of one year, without first consolidating back up and missed payments. Members will have the option to renew after the program concludes for additional terms.
Eligibility
- Members are required to purchase a Bill Pay Discount Token or be sponsored into the program, and having hard time maintaining they monthly Obligations, including past due payment, are eligible.
Terms
- Members are required to Purchase a Bill Pay Discount Token that constitute membership with the program, which also grant members a fixed monthly payment as set-forth in members Client quote sheet. Payment reduction will vary based on past enrollment status, Bill Pay Discount Token Face Value and mandatory surcharges which Appy.
- During the membership, members can voluntarily increase the bill amount and make larger payments subject to additional purchases.
- After the discount is finish, the regular monthly payment amount will resume and be required after the one-year Bill Pay discount Token period ends. Members may be able to renew the Bill Pay Discount Token subject to additional purchases, if necessary. The terms may vary for renewals.
Enrollment
- Members are eligible to enroll in the Bill Pay Discount program simply by purchasing a Bill Pay Discount Token in the total amount of their bills or get sponsored in.
- The Bill Pay Discount Program allows Members to make reduced monthly payments for a one-year period through Bill Pay discounting their bills. With the first enrollment, payments will be up to 75% of the regular monthly payment, with a $100 minimum.
- Members who make all payments on time during the first one-year enrollment will be eligible to re-enroll. If on-time payments continue, Members can re-enroll more times for a payment reduction.
- Members can make larger monthly payments than the minimums listed above. These gradual payment increases are meant to help Members develop a repayment habit and ultimately return to full payment.

Registration
Upon being sponsored or the purchase of a Bill Pay Discount Token, Member are required to upload all bills to be register with Bill Pay 30-calender days from the date of your submission but not to exceed 60 calendar days from the of membership purchase.
After your bills is reviewed and approved. you will be assigned to a Payment Registration date in which you are required to make your monthly payment each month in the amount as set forth in your Bill Pay Client Chart payable to Bill Pay-M Inc each month unless otherwise determined by Bill Pay.
Your creditor is also assigned a Payment date in which creditor will receive its payment each month unless determined otherwise by Bill Pay. Bill Pay reserve the right to decline payment to any Creditor in which member may register.
