Bill Pay Discount Token Program

Bill Pay Discount Token allows members to pay they monthly bills up to the face value amount of the Bill Pay Discount Token, each month for the full expiration term of the Token through Bill Pay, saving members up to 35% on all monthly bill payments & purchases, subject to terms and conditions of the Bill Pay Program.

 Upon being sponsored or the purchase of a Bill Pay Hardship Accommodation Token, Member are required to register all bills with Bill Pay 30-business days from the date in which the bill is due, upon said registration, member is assign a Payment Registration date in which member are required to make its monthly payment as set forth in member Bill Pay Payment Chart payable to Bill Pay-M Inc each month unless otherwise determined by Bill Pay. Members are also assigned a Payment date in which member creditor will receive its payment each month unless determined otherwise by Bill Pay. At registration, member is required to make his/her/its payment as set forth in member Bill Pay Payment Chart payable to Bill Pay -M Inc. Bill Pay reserve the right to decline payment to any Creditor in which member may register. 

All members are assigned to 35 positive points in which are the discount members receive each month for 12-months.  

In the event member are unable for any reason to make any scheduled registration payment on its payment date, member is required to provide notice to Bill Pay 48-hours before the scheduled registration payment date to request an extension, failure to do so will result in loss of 30% of the discount member are assigned to for the first Failure, second failure 60% loss of the discount member are assigned, third failure 90% loss of the discount member are assigned. 

 In the event of the loss of member assigned discount points through default payment or for any other reason, member shall earn the points back by earning points from Bill Pay point system. The loss of discount applies to all bill payments and purchase discount of all services and products 

 Bill Pay members reserve the right to sell, assign or otherwise transfer the rights of membership and membership benefits of Bill Payment Discount Token to anyone only in the form of a sales transaction only in the event member did not use any discount and only after maintaining said token for a period of 6 months from the purchase date. 

 Bill Pay Discount Token at any time may Increase or Decrease in value. Bill Pay Discount Token value are determined by availability of supply and demand for the Bill Payment Discount Token and the Bill Payment Discount Token services which are offer only through Bill Pay. Bill Pay Hardship Accommodation Token is separate from Bill Pay Discount Token
